The fee for catering and accommodation will be collected at the Meetings organizing office. The date is (25/10 from 12 am - 27/10 to 4 pm)

Formularz ten zostanie wydrukowany i udostępniony do podpisu w Lusławicach w trakcie spotkań. This form will be printed and made available for signature in Lusławice during the meetings.
